??? A. Yes. We are required by law to collect 8.875% of sales tax for orders that are shipped to addresses in New York State.

??? A. All the package will shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) unless customer request different carrier service ( UPS or FedEx). Customer can also use their own account.

??? A. All order are shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY.
??? Q. Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
??? A. Yes, but the alternate shipping addresses needs to be on file with the bank that issued the credit card. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.

??? A. Yes, when you check out, choose option Pick-Up. Please provide your telephone number or email, so we can contact you when is ready to pick up.

??? A. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days after processed. Please note that orders placed during the weekend or holiday, will be processed in the following business day.

??? A. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Products must be still in its original packaging, must be unopened and unused. Shipping fee is not refundable. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the returning instruction.
??? Q. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
??? A. Once it is received and inspected by our department, we will process your credit card or Paypal account immediately. Please note, the process of refund may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to be posted on your account.
??? Q. The product(s) I received, looks to have been damaged. What should I do?
??? A. We perform quality check on all items before shipment. Unfortunately, the product(s) may have been damaged during shipment. Please inform us by e-mail immediately. All defective or damaged goods must be return within 10 days of received. After we received the return package, we will guarantee an arrangement for a replacement (subject to availability) at our cost or make a full refund to you depending on your request once we receive the return. We will refund the shipping cost as well . *Please note, any complaints of damage must be made within 3 days of delivery. All damage complains make after 3 days of delivery will be invalid.
