Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with the product that purchased from us, you should return the product to us within 30 days of receipt and a short explanation. The return products must be still in its original packaging, unopened and unused. Once your return has been received, a refund will promptly be issued. All shipping fee is not refundable.
We perform quality check on all items before shipment, so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our store, the product(s) may shift causing damage during the shipment. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, inform us by e-mail immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
*Please note, any complaints of damage must be made within 3 days of delivery. All damage complains make after 3 days of delivery will be invalid.
We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items unless it is damaged package.
1. Email or contact us by phone for the Return Confirmation Number.
2. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely.
3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
